Set Up UOB Direct Payments in QuickHR Singapore and Malaysia

Let us walk you through on how to process direct salary disbursements from QuickHR to UOB.

• GIRO Setup: Head over to Profiles > Company Details and click on GIRO Setup.
• Bank Selection: Under Bank Details, select UOB as your bank and UOB Infinity as your Bank File Version.
• Account Registration: Key in the registered UOB Infinity bank account number and click Save.

• Generate: Go to Payroll > Generate, select the Employees and Salary Period, and click Go.
• Submit: Select the list of employees, click Preview, then Submit.
• Internal Approval: You will be redirected to Payroll > Approve. Review and approve the details to Bank Giro.

• Bank Transmission: Go to Reports > Bank Giro. Set the appropriate ‘Year’, ‘Month’, ‘Value Date’, ‘Payment Mode’, ‘Batch No.’, and ‘Clearing Type’ and click Go.

  Select the employees and click Submit. A "File submitted successfully" message will appear. Then, you will be redirected to the UOB Infinity portal.


• UOB Authorization: Log into your UOB Infinity account and navigate to My Task or Accounts > Approval Status

• Final Approval: Select the transaction, click the three dots, and select Approve.
  

  Note: You can track the payment status (Submission time → Reached UOB → Approved) directly within the QuickHR dashboard.
